BBR did our remodel which was nearly a full home remodel. They finished our basement, completely gutted and redid our first floor (kitchen, living room, dining room), and rebuilt our back deck to give us a wonderful covered deck and patio area. The subcontractors all did high quality work and the project manager, Erik, ran the project and kept in constant communication with us every step of the way. The designer, Michaela Shields, is a genius and made the absolute best recommendations for us based on what we wanted for our home and our style preferences. Her renderings of our project were spot on for the final project. We absolutely love the way our remodel turned out!

I was extremely impressed with Lauren from Bluegrass Builders & Remodel. She arrived early to our appointment and took her time thoroughly assessing my home. She was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly gracious throughout the entire process. Although it took a bit longer than expected to receive the final quote, Lauren was proactive in keeping me updated, apologizing sincerely for the delay, and explaining the reason behind it. Ultimately, I decided to postpone any major remodeling after the recent loss of my mother, honoring her wish for me to wait a year. Even so, Lauren’s professionalism, empathy, and understanding left a lasting impression. When the time comes to move forward, she’ll be the first person I contact for an updated quote.

First and foremost, want to say how pleased we were to have selected Bluegrass Builders and Remodel as our contractor to bring our 1980's bathrooms into the 2020's!! We had two full bathrooms and a powder room to address. We had already updated the showers several years ago in the two full baths but the rest of the bathrooms were outdated. We had a rough idea of what we would like to have done and explained that to Lauren and her staff. They quickly provided recommendations and vendors that provided high quality workmanship and products that met or exceeded our expectations. They worked diligently to ensure high quality workmanship throughout the job. The communications and response to any questions or concerns was immediate. The project manager, Erik, paid attention to details and was a pleasure to work with. The overall project was completed on schedule and budget. We could not have had a better experience. Highly recommend.

This review focuses on the quality of construction work and materials for renovating two bathrooms and installing a kitchen pantry. BBR renovated the master and guest bathrooms with new showers, cabinets, vanities, and fixtures. The cabinets and vanities were Amish-quality in their fit and finish, as was the pantry; the guest bathroom shower was a fiberglass insert and the master was tiled, and both came out great. The work was consistently checked for accuracy and any problems were addressed right away. The overall project was completed on schedule. Highly recommended!

We just finished a complete kitchen remodel with Lauren Geiger of Bluegrass Builders and Remodel, and we are so pleased with their quality of work. The process of tearing out the old and designing in the new was a daunting task. Lauren and her team were there every step of the way from design to completion. Throughout our remodel, they maintained open and transparent communication, provided regular updates and promptly addressed all our concerns and last-minute changes we had. We couldn't have had a better experience. I can't thank her team of professionals enough who came into our home every day to complete the work on schedule and going above and beyond our expectations. This time last year, Lauren, Eric and crew were knee-deep in work on my kitchen. I have to say that my love for the new space has only grown as I have lived in the space across the seasons. I'm hesitant to post public reviews but the view this afternoon convinced me. Michaela's wisdom and eye for detail, Eric's calm and professional demeanor and Lauren's consistent, clear communication all contributed to the success of this completely re-imagined space. Not only have I enjoyed every minute here, I have been able to recommend this group to others and know that they have had similar experiences.

Outstanding full-home remodel experience! Bluegrass Builders and Remodel handled our complete interior renovation — including a new kitchen and bathroom remodel, all painting, and even adding a new wall — with professionalism from start to finish. They stayed on schedule, communicated regularly about progress, and kept us informed at every step. The quality of their workmanship and attention to detail really show in the final results. Bluegrass Builders and Remodel did a FIVE ⭐️ remodel of our master bathroom. We built our house 25 years ago. Our bathroom was perfect then. We decided that we wanted to make sure that our bathroom met our needs as we get older. We had two other proposals. Both were more expensive. Lauren listened to what we wanted. She provided a very well written proposal. We signed. Soon after we received a project plan. Upon embarking on the project we received texts every morning describing what was happening that day. The work was well done and efficient. The remodel was done on time and for exactly the price on the proposal. That was six months ago. We had two minor issues come up since completion. Lauren immediately had them fixed. No charge to us. Our master bath is wonderful and exactly what we wanted. Our experience with Lauren was great. We highly recommend Bluegrass Builders and Remodel.
